Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the service.
  • Kefi Marketings reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or if the client breaches the terms of the agreement.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the specified time frame.
    • If the client cancels within 7 days of the start date, a full refund will be issued.
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation request.
    • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered or for cancellations made after the specified time frame.

Exceptions:

  • In case of exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or natural disasters, Kefi Marketings may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds for third-party services, such as advertising fees, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
